Dataphysics OCA20
Function
The Dataphysics Contact Angle System OCA20 is used for measuring the contact angle of a fluid droplet on a substrate. The default fluid that is available is water. Other fluids can be used as well.

Wafer Dimension
100 mm wafers. Smaller or larger samples can also be used.
Temperature Range
Room Temperature only.
Contamination
Both non-Contaminated and Contaminated samples are allowed. To be used with non-contaminated samples. For contaminated samples, cover stage with cleanroom compatible paper before placing the sample.
