With a diploma of the Architecture, Landscape Architecture or Urbanism track you can - after completion of a professional traineeship (beroepservaringperiode) - apply for registration in the Dutch Register of Architects, which allows you to use the protected title of Architect, Landscape Architect or Urban Designer in The Netherlands.
The Building Technology and Management in the Built Environment tracks, as well as the Post-master's programme Berlage, do not allow you to register in the Dutch Regisyer of Architects. However, that does not say you cannot work in an architectural firm of course.
Students in the Landscape Architecture Master track must also have obtained sufficient Landscape Architecture related credits in their Bachelor's programme. More information can be found here, including a link to the Dutch Register of Architects.
If you wish to use your title abroad, other regulations might apply. Please inform yourself about the regulations in the country you are planning to work.

For most tracks, internships are no part of the curriculum (e.g. track Architecture). The digital study guide can inform you if your track does include internships.
Dutch regulations require that the internship is part of the regular curriculum. Companies who wish to hire you as an intern, need to receive a signed form from the university that your internship is part of the curriculum. We cannot sign these forms if no credits are awarded! If your curriculum does not include an internship, it is therefore not possible to find an internship. You can apply for a regular vacancy. International students with a visum should however keep in mind that they are only allowed to work for a limited amount of hours per week.

It is possible to study at a university abroad for one semester. If you are interested, please visit the website www.studyabroad.bk.tudelft.nl. You can follow your electives and (design) studio abroad. However, for most tracks the electives are scheduled in the second semester. If you are not already selected for exchange, your first (and only) option to go abroad would be Autumn semester 2025, before starting your graduation. For most tracks this means you will have a study delay of one semester. Although it is possible to do the exchange as an additional semester, we advise against it. Please keep in mind that if you choose to do the exchange as an additional semester, you will have less choice for your graduation studio, as less studios start in Spring semester. Unfortunately it is not possible to interrupt your graduation project for an exchange, or to go on exchange after you graduated.
