Welcome to the Contact Centre
The Contact Centre is the first point of contact for general questions about studying at TU Delft. You can go there with questions about your choice of study programme, enrolment, tuition fee, exchange abroad, accommodation and much more.

What can the Contact Centre provide you with?
Digital
You can apply online for the following statements:
- Provisional proof of enrolment
- Proof of enrolment (including paid tuition fees)
- Proof of payment tuition fees (BBC) for other educational institutions
- Transcript (with or without GPA)
- Statement of graduation
- Statement of total obtained credits
- Signing and stamping statements for authorities
- Documents for external institutions (verifications)
At the desk
Kindly bring your valid I.D. card to request the following documents:
- Certification of the TU Delft diploma
We request that you bring your original diploma and copies (Max.3) - Certification of the TU Delft diploma supplement
We request that you bring your original diploma supplement and copies (Max.2) - Acceptance of certified copies of a diploma and / or deficiency certificate for the admission procedure.
- Printing a student Campus Card
This will be printed for you straightaway after payment of €7,00.

Monday to Friday
from 09:00 to 16:30
Contact Centre can be reached by phone Monday to Friday
from 10:00 to 12:00 and
from 13:00 to 16:00.
