Erasmus + is an EU programme managed by the European Commission, the European Education and Culture Executive Agency and National Agencies to support education within Europe.
It focusses strongly on social inclusion and sustainability, providing financial support to students in their study programmes abroad.
“Erasmus+ mobility has positive effects on educational, social, personal development, in that it enhances knowledge, skills and attitudes, improves employability, helps confidence – building and independence, stimulates curiosity and innovation, fosters the understanding of other people, and builds a sense of European belonging”.
