Order Procedure

Order Procedure

1. After completing every stage and entering the correct information on the website, click on the ‘bestellen’ (‘order’) button – you will then receive an order number by e-mail.

2. After your payment has been accepted and the relevant amount received, you will receive another confirmation e-mail, this time with the order number. Your order has now been communicated to the supplier. PLEASE NOTE! The order is only complete once the amount has been deducted from your bank account and you have received the final confirmation e-mail with the order number. Your order will not be dealt with until the financial transaction has been completed.

3. When the order has been dispatched from Computacenter B.V. depot to the delivery address provided by the person placing the order), you will receive an invoice from Computacenter B.V. by e-mail. This is purely informative, and is intended to let you know that your order is on its way and that it will be delivered to you on the next working day. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the driver will try again the following day. If nobody is present on this occasion, the driver will leave the ordered item with a neighbour. Should this not prove possible, he will take it to the nearest depot, from where the person who placed the order can collect it himself. (The presence of an authorised signatory at the delivery address is always the responsibility of the person placing the order, and not of the supplier or driver!)

4. You can ask any questions regarding an order five working days after receiving your order number, stating your order number, to Computacenter via webshop@computacenter.nl. Questions will be answered within 24 hours.

Means of payment

Money Transfer
Transferring money requires an order reference number. The order will be taken up as soon as Computacenter receives the payment. Payment is due within 7 days after ordering. Overdue payment means order cancellation. This way of payment can be used from foreign bank accounts. The necessary SWIFT and IBAN codes are mentioned on the supplier’s website.

Payments can only be made from accounts with a Dutch / European IBAN account number.

ALERT: Above way of payment can only be performed by students with a EUROPEAN BANK ACCOUNT and IBAN nr

iDeal
At the end of your order the applicant can select an iDeal payment. Select your bank from the drop down menu. The system connects to the bank, showing the payment order. The bank system will request complementary data and authorization. iDeal is only available with the following banks: ABN AMRO, Fortis, ING en Rabobank.
