Points of contact for students

TU Delft offers all kinds of services to support your studies, your personal development and your well-being. Do you find it difficult to find the right information or help? Then it might be nice to talk to a fellow student, no matter how big or small your question is. 

The Contact Centre is the first point of contact for general questions about studying at TU Delft. You can contact or visit the Contact Centre for, among other things:

  • enrolment and tuition fees 
  • various statements
  • authentication of diploma

Do you have a question about services within your faculty or building? Then contact the relevant service point. You can go here for, among other things:

  • questions about the timetable
  • reserving rooms and resources
  • collecting declarations

SPA is among other things responsible for the administration of the education and study progress of students. You can go here for:

  • registering your results obtained elsewhere
  • processing your diploma application

Have a question about your laptop or software? The student staff of the Student IT Desks (SID) are there for ICT-related questions and problems. You can contact them for, among other things:

  • help with installations of software
  • practical questions about your laptop 
  • internet access
