A growth mindset can help with fear of failure. What is your mindset about learning?
In a (more) fixed mindset people believe that their intelligence is static and in a growth mindset people believe that intelligence and talents can be improved through effort and learning.Examples of a growth mindset: “Making mistakes is an opportunity to grow”, “My effort and attitude determine my abilities” and “I like to try new things”.
