Re-Enrolment

An email will be sent at the beginning of June regarding re-enrolment for the next academic year. Therefore, regularly check the inbox of the email address you provided in Studielink. You will only receive this email if you are currently enrolled up to and including 31 August of the current academic year.

Have you received an email about re-enrolment? You can easily arrange your re-enroment via Studielink. When you are logged in to Studielink, select “Arrange your re-enrolment” and you will be guided through the re-enrolment after which you confirm your choice. A couple of minutes after submitting your re-enrolment application, you can enter your payment details. You can track the status of your (re)enrolment in your Studielink account, on my.TUDelft.nl and in the MyTUDelft app.

Please note!

To prevent problems when completing your re-enrolment, we would like to explicitly request that you complete the re-enrolment and payment obligation well before 31 August.

It is not possible to enrol retroactively across the month limit.

Re-enrolment not possible?

If you are not enrolled up to and including 31 August of the current academic year, it is not possible to submit a re-enrolment application. There will be no "re-enrolment button". In that case, you must submit a new Enrolment application via Studielink. Go to your dashboard and go to the tab "Study programmes" and click "Add new enrolment application". This also applies to students who want to transfer to another programme or want to enrol for a second degree programme.

If you were previously enrolled for a programme with a numerus fixus and you want to re-enrol for the same programme, you must select the option "advanced-year student". For the bachelor's programmes without a numerus fixus, you register as a "first-year student" (no other option is offered in Studielink).

Re-registration completed?

Once the re-enrolment is completed, you can download the Digital Proof of Enrolment (D-BvI) from my.TUDelft.nl and in the MyTUDelft app.
