If your problems are so serious that you can not wait for an appointment! Below, we outline a range of different options for assistance.
Your general practitioner
If you have a problem, you can always contact your own general practitioner, or the SGZ. If your general practitioner is not available at the weekend, you can contact general practitioner services on +31 (0)15-2511930. Further information is available on the website.
In cases of emergency
If there is a risk of suicide, contact 113 or dial 0800-0113 for free.
In all cases of emergency, always call 112.

For all cases of emergency, contact the emergency telephone number of your country of residence.
TU Delft emergency call centre
The emergency call centre is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Contact the call centre in the event of an emergency such as a serious accident or fire. The emergency call centre will alert the in-house emergency response team and, if necessary, the emergency services. The Emergency Call Centre can be reached by phone on 112 (land line) or +31 (0)15 27 88888 (mobile). For non-urgent cases, call the information number on +31 (0)15 27 82777.

Do you worry about someone else?
Are you worried about someone in a concerning situation? Will that person not ask for help themselves? Please contact ‘Meldpunt Bezorgd’. You can call their number 0900 040 040 5. Or visit their website (in Dutch) for more information. This service is meant for people living in Delft. Does the person you are worried about not live in Delft? Please contact the general practitioner, 112 or 113 depending of the situation. In case of a crisis please always contact 112.
