MyCase info for staff

With the implementation of MyCase for the MSc thesis procedure, comes a new way of working for involved staff. Students will submit their information, contracts, deliverables and planning via MyCase. This means that this information also needs to be checked by staff in MyCase at certain points. You are either part of the supervision team, the assessment committee or supporting staff.  Below you can find an overview of the different roles in MyCase and a short summary of the tasks that they need to perform during the different phases of the thesis project. More specific information on how to perform these tasks during the different phases in MyCase can be found in the instruction manual for staff or watch the video tutorial below! In this tutorial some of the main tasks for the responsible supervisor are shown. This video was created by our colleagues at the faculty of Aerospace Engineering. The only difference for CEG is that it is the chair that reviews the Green-Light meeting, does the Plagiarism analysis and uploads the final assessment and not the responsible supervisor. Nonetheless, the actions that need to be performed are identical so this should give a good general idea on how to use MyCase.

If you have any questions regarding MyCase or the different roles and tasks in the system, please do not hesistate to contact us via mycase-ceg@tudelft.nl
