Final Presentation Information

Please be aware that you cannot schedule your final presentation via MyCase. Below you can find some more information on how to schedule your final presentation. This information is a guideline for students graduating at CEG. If you are participating in an inter-facultary MSc and graduating at one of the other involved faculties, their procedure will apply. The information below is generic, please always make sure to inform yourself on the specific procedure that might apply to your programme by reading the thesis manual or contacting your graduation coordinator. 

To schedule your final presentation you have to:

  • Agree upon a graduation date with your assessment committee so that everyone can attend;
  • Contact the service desk of CEG to reserve a lecture hall for your final presentation. You can make a reservation request by sending an e-mail to servicepunt-citg@tudelft.nl with your preferred date and time. Sometimes the secretary of your MSc programme will make this reservation for you so please always consult within your programme that the correct procedure is. 
  • Once the date, time and location have been confirmed make sure to register the date of the final presentation in MyCase and perform the Diploma Application task. This needs to be done 20 working days prior to your final presentatione. So it is best to do this as soon as possible after havin received your Green-Light. 
  • Make sure to complete the final tasks in MyCase before your final presentation and upload your thesis in the Repository at the latest 5 days prior to your final presentation and under the same thesis title that you have registered and submitted under the task in MyCase 'Register Presentation Details'

  • you can do a trial presentation in advance? This can help you with getting familiar with the usage of the audio-visual equiment in the lecture hall. If you want to do a trial presentation you can contact servicepunt-citg@tudelft.nl

  • you can bind your thesis and reports in hardcopy at Study Society ‘Practical Study’ (PS) on the mezzanine floor of PS? PS is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
