AI & Aviation Track in AMLD EPFL 2022
On March 28, an AI & Aviation Track in the Applied Machine Learning Days (AMLD) EPFL 2022 organized by our colleague Lishuai Li (Assistant Professor, TU Delft), together with Manuel Renold (Associate Professor, Zurich University of Applied Sciences), and Chrysanthi Tsimitri (Team lead Data Insights & Analytics, SWISS International Air Lines), will take place at the Swiss Tech Convention Center on EPFL campus.
The AI & Aviation track will focus on the most recent developments on applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to aviation, discussing the technologies themselves, the implications for the aviation industry both in the air and on the ground, as well as upcoming concepts for mobility.
In this track, Bruno Santos (Section Head, Associate Professor, TU Delft) with give a presentation: “AI for Condition-based Maintenance”, presenting some of the results from ReMAP Condition-based Maintenance for Aircraft.
