Gina:
My dad and I have worked together before we’ve started working together at X, and it's still really nice to see each other. Over the years we have created such a good bond that I am incredibly proud of. It's also very funny that I often want to say the same thing that my dad would say. We can really laugh about this together.
Mario:
We definitely have some family traditions around the holidays. An important tradition is that Gina, Maria (our other daughter) and I cook at Christmas for family and close friends. Spending time together without stress is not for everyone, so we try to organise this on these days for our family and friends. Rest, being together, good food and drinks, reminiscing and making new memories; is what Christmas is all about for me.
Gina:
What about the best 'De Prisco' dish for the holidays? I incredibly love our home-made tiramisu (the real way). At our home, the food is always homemade and jam-packed with love!
Mario:
And since we have to keep our goals in mind... every year we try to top the previous year with good food. You don't have to do this with 100 people, it can also be with the one you feel wonderfully comfortable with. The important thing is that you feel good about this yourself and to enjoy it!
Gina:
I am very fond of traditions so having a lot of family is very nice for me, but it is also very nice for me to have some rest after such a rush. Keep in mind to enjoy every moment during the holidays. Often things don't go quite the way you want them to, don't be too hard on yourself but accept this, that way you won't give yourself too much stress during the holidays.
