Call for collaboration: Senior University Teaching Qualification
The Senior University Teaching Qualification (SUTQ) at TU Delft is a programme for advanced lecturers that was launched on September 26th, 2023, with a pilot group.
TU Delft SUTQ participants have been actively involved in the program for already 2 months. It is a pilot run for Senior University teaching qualification at TU Delft with 8 passionate educators working on their projects.
Margreet Docter, PhD, Teacher and Honors Coordinator at the Faculty of Applied Sciences, shares her experience: "SUTQ has been a real eye-opener so far. It gently pushed me to experience new things and explore new directions. It challenged me to pitch my project from a recently created poster, guided me through a stepwise (ADDIE) development process, and reminded me that there's always more to learn. I discovered the world of educational research and the importance of continuous evaluation throughout the project, not just at the end. I've really enjoyed the in-depth discussions with coaches and like-minded teachers and am looking forward to the upcoming challenges."
What sets SUTQ apart is its focus on education. These projects hold relevance and potential for collaboration with many educators at TU Delft.
