DUO My diploma's abstract

• Diploma obtained since 1996, only in Dutch

The My diploma's is managed by Education Executive Agency (DUO) of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science. An abstract from the diploma register is a secure PDF file and is equivalent to a certified copy of the diploma.

For employers and screening agencies

Employers and screening agencies do not have direct access to My diploma's. An employer or screening agency can only request data from the diploma register with the permission of the alumnus. More information on this can be found on the DUO website.

For alumni

As an alumnus, you can download an abstract of your diploma data via mijndiplomas.nl. This requires logging in with your DigiD. Alternatively, you can send a request to diplomaregister@duo.nl. It is also possible to request an official abstract on paper.

Requests from third parties will be accepted only if a written permission from the alumnus is provided.
