Complaints Committee for Unwanted Behaviour
Complaints Committee for Unwanted Behaviour
The TU Delft has established the TU Delft Regulations for Complaints about Undesirable Behaviour for reporting and investigating situations involving inappropriate conduct, such as (sexual) harassment, discrimination, bullying, or aggression. A complaint can be filed by an employee, student, or third party regarding a student or staff member of TU Delft. The Complaints Committee for Unwanted Behaviour advises the Executive Board on how to handle submitted complaints. The committee provides advice to the Executive Board on the validity of the complaints it investigates, as well as on any (disciplinary) measures that may be taken as a result.
Anyone considering submitting a complaint can, if desired, seek assistance or advice from one of the confidential advisors.
The committee's advice on a complaint is provided by three members, including the chairperson or deputy chairperson. The chairperson and deputy chairperson are independent members not affiliated with TU Delft. If the complaint concerns student matters, a student member will be added to the reviewing committee. The members of the Complaints Committee for Unwanted Behaviour are:
Mr. P. van Alten, LL.M. (Chair)
Ms. M.J.W. Drent, LL.M. (Deputy Chair)
Mr. D.A. Roozemond (Member)
