Update Social Security & Integrity
New Code of Conduct at TU Delft
Starting in January, everyone is cordially invited to help write a new code of conduct for TU Delft. We think it is important that the entire TU Delft community feels involved and heard. There will be several facilitated meetings offering space to reflect together on important questions, such as: ‘What does social (un)safety mean within our university?’ “What do we mean by transgressive behaviour?” and ’When is the code of conduct actually violated?
These conversations are important to arrive at a code of conduct that matches our collection of values and needs. The aim is to present a new code of conduct, which gives direction to a socially safe, ethical and inclusive environment for all, before the summer.

Call: share your input and contribute to the campaign around social safety.
For a campaign with which we want to create awareness around social safety, we are looking for recognisable dilemmas. For instance around discrimination, bullying, inclusiveness or discussing difficult issues.
We need you help for this. Your input will be invaluable in drawing attention to social safety in a powerful and recognisable way. Together, we can ensure that social safety is discussable and talked about.
What you submit will be processed completely anonymously. If we use your submission, it will be edited (e.g. rewritten and clarified) so that it fits well with the target group and reinforces the campaign message. You may see your entry on flyers and bus shelters, for example. Send an email to ideas@tudelft.nl, to submit a dilemma, or if you have any questions.
