Security & Privacy Symposium
In the month of October, various activities will be organized that focus on information security and privacy. One of these activities is the Security & Privacy Symposium on October 10 from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM. During the symposium, employees and students can listen to several interesting speakers who are experts in the field of information security and privacy.
Bert Hubert, expert in the field of information security, tells you who keeps hacking us and why. He is a former supervisor at the AIVD and a scientist. He can tell you about themes such as cybersecurity, innovation, science and data in an understanding and compelling way like no other.
Arnoud Engelfriet makes us aware of the privacy risks that we run every day. Arnoud is a privacy expert and an expert in the field of law and the internet. He wrote the book ‘AI and Algorithms’, among other things.
The symposium ends with an interactive session with our a.i. Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). During this session we will look at the state of information security and privacy within TU Delft.
The afternoon will be presented by Rini van Solingen and will be in English. You can register here.
