In Delft we have already for more than 25 years experience in performing electrodeless time-resolved microwave conductivity measurements. Initially focussing on powders and solutions using a so called van der Graaff accelerator to induce charge carriers; Later on a set-up was developed for measuring changes in conductivity on pulsed optical excitation.
