Mentor Groups
The UTQ is an important step in your development as a TU Delft lecturer. To get the most out of this process, each UTQ participant has the benefit of joining a mentor group. Guided by two experienced UTQ mentors, you will collaborate with colleagues from various faculties, progressing step-by-step toward your Final Assessment, which focuses on your professionalisation as an educator.
Mentor group sessions are also aimed at sharing and gathering all kinds of practical information about UTQ-related topics, including your questions, personal (learning) goals, planning, and any challenges that arise. Working with colleagues from diverse faculties not only brings fresh perspectives but also helps you build a broad professional network. Lastly, it is important to know that all information shared within the mentor group sessions remains confidential.
