UTQ Final Assessment
Once you have successfully completed the four modules (and chosen electives), you are ready for the final step in your UTQ trajectory: the Final Assessment.
This assessment focuses on the Professionalisation competency, which has also been a key part of the mentor group. The Final Assessment brings together everything you have learned, applied, shared and experienced throughout the UTQ programme.
We invite you to take us with you on the journey by reflecting on your development and the impact the UTQ has had on your teaching practices.
Key areas of focus include:
- "How have you applied the tools, skills and feedback in your teaching?"
- "How has your vision of education changed during the programme?"
- "What insights can you share about your collaboration with your teaching team?"
- "How do you balance your various roles in your professional life?"
- "What are your next steps for continued professional growth?"
Through your presentation and discussion, you will demonstrate how your journey has shaped your teaching practice.
