HiPP
The HiPP project ultimately aims at optimizing the patient experience journey in orthopedics: to design the patient experience journey of the future. This design integrates and needs different perspectives: user experience, professional skills, technology advances and business modelling in healthcare.
Project Goals
To acquire a broad perspective of knowledge, insights and ideas of potential improvements in hip surgery (pre-operative / operative / post-operative) in the context of all the stakeholders involved in the process; patients, medical professionals informal care givers and other parties.
Second goal is to develop long term research projects between Zimmer Biomet, Reinier de Graaf and Delft University of Technology, acquiring and maintaining funding for this and future projects. The intent is to create both PhD and PostDoc positions.
