Application Procedure

Apply in Studielink

Log into Studielink.nl 

  • Fill out your personal details and previous education details
  • Search "exchange" in the search bar to choose the exchange programme of your choice. This will automatically be a "WO Master".
  • Use the 'Manual for Application Studielink' to ensure you select the correct programme.

Activate NetID

You will receive the following information by email:

  • Confirmation of your application in Studielink
  • Your TU Delft NetID and your TU Delft email address
  • An invitation for the TU Delft registration system Osiris

Activate your NetID to log on to all TU Delft systems

Upload your portrait photo for your campus card at My.tudelft.nl

Continue in Osiris

  • Log into Osiris 
  • Answer the questions and upload the required documents
  • You will recieve notification of the outcome of your application

All students: Log into your Osiris account to complete your application and registration

Are you an Erasmus+ student? then you also need to follow the procedure for the Learning agreement in Osiris (see below)

Erasmus+ Learning Agreement

Does your institution use an Online Learning Agreement?

An Online Learning Agreement is not a digital PDF. It is a Learning Agreement sent through the Erasmus Wthout Paper system. Check with your own institution if you do knot know the answer to be able to continue.

If your home institution uses Online Learning Agreements through Erasmus Without Paper, you will need an ESI (European Student Identifier). ESI is a unique European number, used to identify and authenticate students. It is required to recieve your Online Learning Agreement.

No

  • At Question 1 ('Can you provide your ESI?')
    • Please enter 'No'.
  • At the next Question ('Why don't you have your ESI?')
    • Please enter 'My university does not use an Online Learning Agreement'.
  • At the next Question:
    • Upload your completed and signed Learning Agreement by clicking +.
  • Your Learning Agreement in its digital PDF format has been successfully uploaded in Osiris and is waiting approval.
  • PDF digital Learning Agreement has been approved

Yes

  • At Question 1 ('Can you provide your ESI?')
    • Please enter 'Yes'.
  • At Question 2 
    • Enter your ESI and click on Continue.

Don't know your ESI yet? Please ask your home institution for the ESI. If you cannot provide your ESI, please follow the steps on the left column.

Can you no longer modify your application? Then please contact the

TU Delft faculty exchange coordinator

, so they can reopen the process for you.

 

  • Enter your Online Learning Agreement into your home institution's system.
  • Get the Online Learning Agreement approved and signed by your home institution.
  • When your home university approves your Online Learning Agreement, we will be able to recieve it automatically through our digital system and review it.
  • Online Learning Agreement is successfully agreed upon and sent, awaiting approval.
  • Online Learning Agreement has been approved.
