For Interviews and experiments you can refer to both the guidance and suggested text for both the Participant Information/Opening Statement as well as the list of Explicit Consent points.

For Online Surveys reference to the guidance and suggested text for Opening Statements will normally suffice, explaining that clicking through to the survey constitutes agreement with the Opening Statement.
