Monika Molnar joined ImPhys as PhD student
Monika Molnar will fill the PhD position on high throughput electron microscopy development. She will work on supervison of Jacob Hoogenboom.
She completed her bachelor degree at the University of Zurich in Switzerland with a major in Physics and a minor in Environmental Science. Then Monika chose to come to the TU Delft for her master degree. Here she studied Applied Physics in the energy track. She graduated in the autumn of 2023 after doing her thesis research at the nuclear reactor institute on developing a battery cell that can be used in neutron small angle scattering experiments. After graduating she decided she wanted to continue working in the academic field, but in a way where she could see her work being relevant to industry as well. This brought her to the imaging Physics department.
