New Collection Wall Prototypes Launch
On 15 October, Library staff and collaborators will gather to celebrate the unveiling of the new Collection Wall (CW) prototype area. During the event two groundbreaking initiatives will be showcased: physical book recommendations and the Holo vitrine featuring an AI Librarian experience. Next to the initiatives, the event will mark the update of the students' work prototype on the Collection Wall’s upper floor, highlighting fresh content from recent collaborations.
The unveiling reflects the hard work of many colleagues involved in these initiatives. To honour their efforts, a brief presentation will take place during the “Kickoff the Week” event, to be held in the Library’s Main Hall, which will be followed by a reception with coffee, tea, light snacks, and guided tours of the new prototypes.
Professors and students who contributed to the development of these projects will be in attendance. Video interviews with participants will be recorded by the organisers, inviting attendees to share their experiences for future promotion and conferences about the Collection Wall.
