Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Month 2024

In October 2024, TU Delft will host its Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Month with the theme: “United for Change, Together We Grow." This series of events, running from October 1st to 31st, offers a wide range of activities aimed at promoting inclusion and collaboration within the university.

Throughout the month, students and staff can participate in workshops, training sessions, and other events, organized in collaboration with various faculties and networks. This year, the programme places a special emphasis on “practical learning”, with the goal of ensuring that every participant gains new insights and skills that can be immediately applied to their work or studies.

The EDI Month programme focuses on bringing together people from different backgrounds, perspectives, and opinions to foster an environment where meaningful conversations and innovative ideas can flourish. From inclusive leadership training to interactive workshops on diversity and teamwork, the month promises to be both educational and inspiring.
