For the project “Zooming in on Privacy and Copyright Issues in Remote Teaching” which was awarded the prestigious British and Irish Law Education Technology Association Research Award 2021, help is much appreciated. Your contribution will be valuable in providing overview and solid evidence to sketch the current state of the art, identify core privacy and copyright issues, and deliver useful guidance to European universities, researchers, teachers, and educators to collectively improve the digital teaching and learning environment. The survey is anonymous, the estimated time to complete it is 10 minutes, and no prior legal knowledge is required. Respondents are encouraged to provide their responses on the basis of their experiences and opinions.
