ENHANCE is an alliance of ten European universities of technology with a strong focus on innovation and research. The ENHANCE alliance is part of the ERASMUS+ programme for European universities. ENHANCE will enable the seamless mobility of students, researchers and staff and strengthen close networking with society at all levels.
TU Delft leads the Work Package, ‘Future Skills for Engineers and Scientists’, which will identify and deliver the critical future skills and experience our STEM graduates will need to thrive and remain competitive in European society.
Project overview
In cluster 'Innovative organisation' we aim to establish a flexible, inclusive European University with a results-oriented governance structure. We empower our workforce to drive positive change through staff development, diversity, inclusion, and gender equality. This means creating the basis for an agile, innovative, and inclusive European University which combines the strengths of its members to deliver European added-value. We put people at the heart of our organisation and design governance structures and communication tools based on shared principles of democracy and equality.
At this stage in cluster 'Future knowledge' we are looking for potential synergies across work packages to ensure we are aligned in developing the key future skills, methods and knowledge for European society and innovation ecosystems. Additionally, new connections between TU Delft's existing initiatives and networks and ENHANCE projects are forming to facilitate collaboration and best practices exchange.
In cluster ‘One Campus’, we are in the preliminary stages of developing the foundations of a new mobility ecosystem and working on how to improve credit recognition. As we are onboarding TU Delft within ENHANCE, we are working on optimising the (virtual) mobility experience and making it more flexible and easier to implement, with the use of this ecosystem. We are also looking forward to sharing our best practices in IT, online learning and working in other alliances and collaborations with our ENHANCE partners.
