Staff member registration

This form is only for the registration of a new scientific staff member (full/associate/assistant professor) from one of the participating groups in the JM Burgerscentrum.

After registration of the new scientific staff member , one will receive all information from the Burgerscentrum.

NB1 : This registration form may also be submitted by the group’s secretary.
NB2 : It is desirable to officially inform the JM Burgerscentrum when the participation is terminated. This should be done by using the ‘de-registration’ form.
