Traditionally being a successful technical manufacturing company, Zodiac needs to make a leap towards user-centered design practices to keep its lead. The goal of this project was to implement a strategy for change towards a culture of product-service system innovation.

The Experience Lab is the tangible result of this project, which is a learning tool specially designed for conducting user research, creative facilitation and other stakeholder sessions. A year after the end of this project, the Experience Lab has moved into a newly established Innovation Center together with an expanded Product Development and R&D department. With this unique setting, the business unit in Alkmaar is becoming increasingly known as a hotspot for innovation within the Zodiac network.
