Evaluating and Improving the Program

Hello! We are Nikita, Hannah & Iris and we are students from the minor 'International Entrepreneurship & Development'. We are staying in Ghana for almost 3 months to evaluate and improve the Archipelago program. This program is followed at the Kwadaso Agricultural College/Ohawu Agricultural College, worker on by Holland Green Tech and TU Delft. The aim of the Archipelago program is for the students to see farming as a business, combining entrepreneurship and horticulture. Increasing post-graduate business survival in the farming industry, and reduce post-harvest loss. 

In the meantime, we interviewed some stakeholders, including Holland Green Tech, alumni/current students of the Archipelago Program and teachers of the Kwadaso/Ohawu Agriculture College.

Currently, we are in Kumasi interviewing teachers and alumni and tomorrow we will meet the Archipelago students. We are looking forward to next weekend, because then we will visit Mole national park!
