Read the Recognition & Rewards dialogue sessions outcomes

In November 2019, the position paper "Room for everyone's talent" was published to improve the way academic staff is recognized and valued. Subsequently each university appointed a committee to take stock of how the ambitions can be realized in their own organization. 

The TU Delft Recognition & Rewards committee has investigated how the ambitions set out in the paper can be realized and what should be the focus within TU Delft. To get input the committee invited the PhD, Postdoc and academic communities to dialogue sessions in February and March 2021. More than 100 colleagues attended the sessions. The very insightful outcomes were summarized in two articles that you can read here: Room for your talents and Diversify career paths. In May, the committee's proposal will be discussed by the Executive Board followed by further communication.
