Written exam (because of enrolment after the deadline)

• On campus exams (written/digital)
  Students may apply through the last-minute exam admission procedure. This procedure can be found under ‘Too late with your exam registration?’ here. Students do not send the request to the BoE.
• Online exams via Möbius/ Maple TA/ online proctoring
  When the exam takes place online via Möbius/ Maple TA/ online proctoring, a student can only participate with the BoE’s permission. The student will need to apply by following the procedure ‘Requests’. 
• Other online exams (other than Möbius/ Maple TA/ online proctoring)
  When an exam takes place with an examinator, the student can only participate with the examinator’s consent without approval from the BoE.

Only when a student is prevented by circumstances beyond their control, can they be deemed eligible. Due to the seriousness of these circumstances, the BoE advises students to choose to take the resit. The academic counsellor may offer advice.

It is only to be expected that somewhere during their studies a student cannot register in time because of a missed train, illness or a mistake. In such cases, there is the resit option. 
 

Students may apply for an exam until 2 working days at the latest prior to the exam date. Students need permission from the lecturer first.

Send the request to examencommissie-TBM@tudelft.nl. Explain the circumstances clearly, briefly and add relevant proof, such as the lecturer’s permission.

Note: Please keep in mind, that it is possible that the request will not be handled on time, or that for technical reasons participation to the exam is not possible anymore.
