Walk-in consultation hours
You do not need to make an appointment for a walk-in consultation. The walk-in consultation hours are intended for short questions. During a consultation hour, a academic counsellor can take a maximum of 10 minutes.
If you think you need more time, for example because you want to discuss personal circumstances or an extensive study plan, you have to make an appointment. An academic counsellor can also suggest to make an appointment if it turns out that more time is needed for an interview. For the on-campus office hours, take a seat on the chair in the corridor on the 2nd floor of the A-wing (room A2.270/ A2.280/ A2.300/A2.320). You will be picked up by the academic counsellor on duty.
Before contacting us, take a look here as well. The conversations that take place during office hours with the academic counsellor are confidential.
