Exchange students need to apply online before the deadline. Instructions are available on our website. Erasmus+ student can send their Learning Agreement to the faculty exchange coordinator via email or upload it during the application process.

A submitted application is first assessed by the Exchange Office. Once the documents and course selection is approved, your application will be further processed by our colleagues from the central Education Service Centre.

An admission letter will be send through the MyTUDelft application system after the responsible faculty has accepted your application and your details have been checked by the central international office. After the application deadline it usually takes 4 till 8 weeks to receive your admission letter from TU Delft. In some instances, depending on subject or faculty requirements, it may take longer. Follow the instructions in the email to accept your offer. Please note that your application will only be processed after you have uploaded all the required documents.

April 1st for the Fall semester
October 1st for the Spring semester.
Housing
TU Delft offers accommodation to incoming international students. However there is limited availability. To increase the chance of obtaining accommodation through TU Delft’s housing service, students are advised to finalize their application procedure as soon as possible, since housing is offered on a first come first served basis. Access to the housing portal will only be given after finalising the proof of financial means.
