TU Delft OPEN aims to become a one-stop-shop for academic publishing that guides and supports the TU Delft community of authors, editors, partners and faculties in all steps of their publishing journey. As a trusted, valued and innovative publishing partner we offer not only a publishing platform but also professional service and advice.   

Our services span from publishing- and dissemination strategy advice, copyright consultancy, ‘predatory’ check, plagiarism check, to advice on research data publishing, and flipping journals. We ensure that the academic work receives the credits it deserves by assigning a DOI  (Digital Object Identifier) or ISBN to published material. We make sure that published work is archived and indexed. It connects to infrastructures of the university such as CRIS (Current Research Information System) to achieve maximum visibility and exposure. We support authors in creating an ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) and linking their new publications to the ORCID list. Next generation, social media metrics and article level metrics will allow authors to follow the engagement with academic community and broader society.
