One of the key challenges in the energy transition is having efficient means of storing energy. Batteries can play an important role as smart, flexible ways to store renewable energy. With increased European demand to become more sustainable, to enable global energy independence and electrification of our energy system, the ambitions of Delft of University Technology are high.
We aim to develop batteries that are resilient, efficient, safe and economically viable.
