Profile
Alma studied Industrial Design Engineering at TU Delft, where she completed both her bachelor and her master Integrated Product Design. During her studies at IDE, Alma always had an interest for sustainability, and she learned a lot on how to integrate this in research and design through multiple courses and projects. Additionally, Alma has worked as an intern at the sustainable entrepreneurship department of NS, where she got to experience sustainability from a business perspective.
A PhD allows Alma to combine her passion for sustainability with her love for research. Alma's main research is on the Sharepair project, which investigates how repair can be facilitated through the use of 3D printing.
