Workshop: Deep Democracy and Inclusion

17 October 2024 14:30 till 17:00 - Location: Snijderzaal, EWI (Low-rise building, first floor) | Add to my calendar

Would you like to engage in more effective exchanges of ideas, with respect for diverse perspectives, and learn from one another? In regular meetings, we often do not really listen to each other, as we are busy explaining our own point of view. How can we be open to different perspectives without falling into debates and polarization?

In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to dialogue techniques from Deep Democracy, designed to foster effective and inclusive conversations. Together, we will explore and play with different ideas, and views and find new ways to look at things, You will experience some of the room for change that Deep Democracy can bring in a group.

Facilitators
Marijke Luttik and Sabina Beijne (Both Deep Democracy trainers, working at Applied Sciences)
