There’s much more to procrastination than putting things off.
During these 4 sessions we will analyze behavior, dig into the (good) reasons you have for procrastination and investigate the role of self-criticism. By the end of the workshop you have learned how to analyze behavioral patterns and you have the ability to come up with practical ways to cope with procrastination. You will have the skills to identify thoughts and feelings that play a role in procrastination, both beforehand and afterwards. You will be able to recognize and counteract self-criticism. We will be working with exercises from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychology. This workshop is based on the principle of self-knowledge adding to self-confidence and resilience, which will empower you to make (behavioral) changes.
