To enhance participants' emotional intelligence skills through practical exercises focusing on active listening, empathy, emotional regulation, nonviolent communication, and mindfulness. This workshop aims to improve workplace communication, conflict resolution, and overall interpersonal dynamics in a multicultural professional environment.

This workshop is designed to provide a balance of theoretical knowledge and practical application. Participants will engage in a variety of interactive exercises that build upon each other, fostering a comprehensive understanding of emotional intelligence in the workplace. 

The diverse range of activities caters to different learning styles and addresses various aspects of emotional intelligence, from self-awareness to interpersonal communication. By the end of the workshop, participants will have concrete tools and strategies to enhance their emotional intelligence in professional settings.

Vassia Sarantopoulou (Founder, CEO, Head Psychologist, AntiLoneliness*) is a Trainer, a Perfectionism Expert and a Mental Health Ambassador, promoting Inner Peace, Mental Health Awareness and Healthy Relationships with others and with our Self. 

Vassia has two Master degrees in Psychology and Counseling, and she is trained in (Group) Schema Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, among other approaches (CBT, ACT, CFT), and she is a member of NIP (Dutch Institute for Psychologists), ICEEFT and ISST. After many years of offering workshops to individuals but also institutes, universities and organisations, she recently started AntiLoneliness Academy (www.antiloneliness.com/academy.html), a platform with Psychoeducational Workshops for everyone and also for Professionals of Mental Health.
