Marlies Koolhaas and Margaret Welten are dedicated Career Counsellors at the TU Delft Career Centre. Passionate about fostering inclusive leadership, they co-developed and launched the Bachelor Honours Programme: Inclusive Leadership Fundamentals in 2023-2024.
