This 90-minute session, inspired by the ESN Inclusive Communication Manual:
• Understand the core principles of inclusive communication.
• Apply these principles through real-life scenarios and group discussions.
• The training is designed in an interactive way with individual reflection, pair and facilitated group discussions, using innovative digital facilitation tools based on the principles of non-formal learning.
