Shoko is an educational adviser at the TU Delft Library Research Data and Software Group and a board member of DiversAbility. She works professionally for trainings and workshops, focusing on soft skills such as workplace communication and leadership. Her recent passion is DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) and actively serving as a trainer/coach for international communities such as ACCESS NL (Dutch-based expat network).
