Heqi Deng

About

Heqi Deng joined the Electronic Circuits and Architectures (ELCA) at Delft University of Technology in 2022 to begin his master's research. During 2022-2023, he completed his master's thesis project at imec-nl in Eindhoven.  In 2023, he received his M.Sc. degree (cum laude) in Microelectronics from Delft University of Technology. Subsequently, he started his Ph.D. in cryogenic electronics for quantum applications at Babaie Lab, Qutech. His research interests include mmWave transceiver IC design and cryogenic electronics for quantum technologies.
