Walk-in social safety hour
From January ‘25, there will be a fortnightly walk-in social safety hour at the CVB. During the consultation hour, students, PhD students and staff can have a low-threshold conversation with board chairman Tim van der Hagen about social safety. Anyone with questions and concerns is welcome. The consultation hour is part of a wider initiative to make the work and study climate safer. Anyone who feels the need to share, or raise something, should be able to do so. Also with the board. And always in a way that feels safest for them. The consultation hour is thus an addition to already existing procedures. You can also always contact your (line) manager or dean, the student psychologist, company social work, a confidential advisor or the ombudsperson. For safe sharing of your story and acknowledgement, you can turn to Share & Care. And for dialogue with each other, Mindlab offers guidance in this. Would you like to say something else, or do you have any questions? Please email ideas@tudelft.nl. All e-mails will be treated confidentially.
