Digital Society

TU Delft and Indian partners have collaborated on various projects in the domain of digital society.

TUD and IISc Bangalore collaborations have resulted in Satellite Positioning systems, Privacy-aware indoor localization & fall detection sensors, acoustic sensors for intruder detection, etc., including patents. Research on Tactile Cyber-Physical Systems and Algorithms to reduce Scan time in MRI systems was conducted, as well as that on making MRI systems affordable. Academics involved in the collaboration have jointly published research work in top venues and also won best paper awards.

TU Delft has also supported a Partners in Business Project knowledge with Indian collaborators for Cyber Security, Training, and Education as well as Knowledge Exchange for Internet of Things (IoT) and Protection of Critical Infrastructures (CI) both in Government as the private sector.
