[AN] Pascal Auscher: Maximal regularity in tent spaces

Maximal regularity in Banach spaces applies to parabolic equations of the form $\partial_t u - div A \nabla u=f$ provided there is some smoothness in the coefficients $A$ to the elliptic part. We’ll discuss a possible way of treating non-smooth coefficients by using different path spaces called tent spaces. This idea was introduced about ten years ago, and in joint work with Hedong Hou, we completed this program by studying the link between the Lions equation and initial value spaces. We’ll explain the example of the heat equation to guide our results.
