As a bachelor student you will specialise in your own field or broaden your academic knowledge by following a minor programme in the first semester of your third bachelor year. TU Delft offers more than 50 thematic minors. You also have access to minors from Leiden and Rotterdam Universities, as well as the opportunity to set up your individually composed minor. We advise you to consult the total overview before attending the Minor Event and take a good look at what is available and to check if your preferred thematic minors are open to you. 06 March 2024 SR and FSR elections The electing of members of the Central Student Council (SC) and the Faculty Student Councils (FSC) will take place online via the website https://stem.tudelft.nl on Wednesday 15 May from 8.00 a.m. up to and including Thursday 16 May 2024 until 5.00 p.m. 18 March 2024 ICT maintenance weekend This whole weekend we are working on several applications, updates on servers and databases and updates on the network devices. Whether you take small steps or go big, discover the benefits of a lifestyle that is as unique as you are. 22 March 2024 FoodCity app now available TU Delf catering operator Appèl has launched the new FoodCity app. With this app, you earn points when you make a healthy choice. The products for which you get points can be recognised by the “Good Healthy” stickers. The app also functions as a platform where you can share your opinion on the catering offer. All FoodCity locations on campus now work with the app. 25 March 2024 Sexual health walk-in consultations From March 20 to June 26 (2024) there will be sexual health (Sense) walk-in consultations in the ESA building, every Wednesday from 9.00 to 12.00. Here you can ask all your questions about your sexual health, contraceptives, and STI-testing. The consultation hours are organized by the Centre for Sexual Health, GGD Haaglanden. 22 March 2024 Network issues Currently we are experiencing some severe network issues. Keep an eye on the ICT reports page for more information. 01 March 2024 Report Inspectorate of Education on TU Delft published In December 2022, the Inspectorate of Education launched an investigation into social safety and financial management at TU Delft. All members of staff received an email inviting them to submit reports in these areas. The report of the Education Inspectorate has been published. We would like to inform all students and employees about this investigation. 20 March 2024 TU Delft puts its energy into the improvement of social safety On 1 March this year, TU Delft made public the Education Inspectorate’s report on social safety. There were reports of employees who have experienced socially unsafe behaviour at TU Delft.
